Refund Processing
Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom and engraved pieces, earrings (for hygiene reasons), and items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Start a Return
Email hello@tkjewelry.co with your order number and the reason for return. We will respond within 1 business day with a prepaid return label (US orders). International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? Start the process the same way as a return. Once we receive your item, we will ship the replacement within 2 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.
