Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.

• Free Standard Shipping — Orders over $500, delivered in 3–5 business days via USPS Priority or UPS Ground.
• Standard Shipping — $9.95 for orders under $500, 3–5 business days.
• Express Shipping — $24.95, 1–2 business days via UPS Next Day Air or FedEx Priority.

We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination. Most international orders arrive within 7–14 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes levied by their country.

A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order ships. You can track your package via the carrier website or through your account on our site.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@tkjewelry.co within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and replace or refund your order as appropriate.
